U-47700 is now a Schedule I drug; Ioflupane, is excluded from Schedule II; and Phenazepam, Etizolam, and Clonazolam are now Schedule IV drugs in Oklahoma. Nevertheless, our intrepid legislature decided to take up their valuable time ensuring there would be criminal penalties associated with the unlawful possession of those substances.
